Conscious Relaxation- Yoga Nidra
This is an AUDIO only recording by Erika Hawley for the purpose of systematically relaxing the body and mind. It can be practiced laying down or reclined. It is sometimes referred to as a form of "psychic sleep" and can allow a deep sense of relaxation, healing and reconnection to a deeper self with intention (sankalpa). Please enjoy this practice in any comfortable seated position and reap the benefits with daily practice! We love doing the practice before lunch or dinner, or before bed to help induce the parasympathetic- resting and digesting parts of our nervous system that gives us a sense of calm and clarity.
